Heikkinen Living Room

Heikkinen's Living Room. This was a fun project for an 85 and 84 year old couple. They loved the clean fresh colors and we incorporated some of their pieces into a clean, crisp, garden influenced design.

The clients were moving from a house to a new condominium and wanted advice on their living room space.  The living room was to be a space where thye could entertain, watch television and relax.  They wanted the space to have a bright and cheerful feeling, using a color scheme of various shades of green.  We accomplished this by using a neutral base with accents of various shades of greens and blue.  The space takes on a country French aesthetic, using existing pieces from the couples collection, as well as new pieces.  The mood of the room is kept casual by mixing more simple lined pieces in with the more ornate.
